The optical layer (2) consists of triacetate, polycarbonate or cycloolefine, and the other optical layer (3) consists of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) made from PMMA, PMMA with a substituted functional group or PMMA mixture with a selected materials and solvents. The functional group is replaced and the PMMA (20-40 wt%) is mixed with the material to form a solution mixture of the optical layer by ultraviolet radiation. The functional groups are methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl, tertbutyl, hexyl, isohexyl, cyclohexyl and mixtures from these. The solvent comprises methylbenzene, ortho, meta and para p-xylene, cyclohexane, diethylether, tetrahydrofuran, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, acetone, methylethylketone and 1-methylpyrolidone. The optical layer: exhibits an additive (2.5-5 wt%) comprising a PMMA, a PMMA with a substituted functional group and elastic PMMA-rubber nanoparticles, which are produced by mixing of a PMMA with an elastic rubber of butylacrylate, methylmethacrylate, styrol and polymers of the same; contains silica (0.5-15%) mixed with the PMMA particles with the addition of the solvent; and has a thickness of 20-200 mu m. The solution mixture is applied on the substrate by a string, a spraying coating, roller, air-curtain, wheel, immersion, rotation coating, pressure coating and sprinkling. The synthetic polymer comprises polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, poly (ether sulfones), polyimide, poly (adenosine-di-phosphate) ribose, polycarbonate, and the fiber comprises diacetylcellulose, cellulose triacetate and cellulose acetate.
