To narrow down customers or discount objects of commodities and to eliminate a need of read operation of inputting information for bargain price service at the time of transactions in a POS terminal device.
The POS terminal device is provided with an article file wherein information related to articles is stored, a bargain price file wherein bargain price information including information for identifying articles and information related to bargain price service is stored, a customer file where customer information such as customer numbers, address information, and transaction article histories are stored, a means which outputs mail information for reporting the bargain price service on the basis of information related to bargain price information set in customer information meeting an inputted prescribed condition, a means which sets information related to bargain price information to customer information being an object of mail information output, and a means which performs registration based on information related to bargain price information in the case that this information has been set to customer information corresponding to a customer number with respect to an article for which register operation is performed at the time of transaction with the customer number inputted.
