Abstract:

To adaptively conduct variable control on a report value correcting device and select an appropriate MCS (Modulation and Coding Scheme) in a wireless communication system for conducting high-speed downward packet transmission.

A handover control unit 103 determines whether handover is performed or not for each communication terminal device based on a received power signal, and outputs a signal indicating the determination result to a CQI (Channel Quality Indicator) generation method selecting unit 104. The CQI generation method selecting unit 104 inputs predetermined information, and manages a CQI generation method (a CQI should be corrected or not) for each communication terminal device and each base station device, and notifies a signal indicating the CQI generation method to each communication terminal device and each base station device. In addition, the CQI generation method selecting unit 104 notifies a signal indicating a CQI generation method after handover to a communication terminal device in a handover status and a base station device, which will be a next communication counterpart following the communication terminal device.
