Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the superior bonding properties with a base and particularly good forming properties by an extrusion lamination by laminating a base layer, a low melting point biodegradable resin layer and a high melting point biodegradable resin layer with a specified melting point laminated through the low melting point biodegradable resin layer. SOLUTION: A multilayer laminate is composed of three layers formed of a base layer, a low melting point biodegradable resin layer and a high melting point biodegradable layer with a melting point higher at least by 10 deg.C than that of the low melting point biodegradable resin layer, and a high melting point biodegradable resin is melt coextrusion laminated on the base layer through a low melting point biodegradable resin. The base layer is a fabric, a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, a net or the like composed of natural fibers of various kinds of papers, cottons, feathers or the like or of a biodegradable resin. Also a wood formed into a film shape, wood chips, a cellophane film, a metal foil or a metal plate composed of aluminum, iron or the like is used. As the biodegradable resin, an aliphatic polyester composed of a glycol and an aliphatic dicarboxyl acid as main components is preferably used. The melting point of the low melting point biodegradable resin is preferably 40-180 deg.C, while the melting point of the high melting point biodegradable resin is preferably 80-220 deg.C.
