Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement hardened body exhibiting >=53 MPa bending strength and >=200 MPa compressive strength. SOLUTION: The cement hardened body is obtained by a method composed of a process (A) for preparing a kneaded body containing at least cement, pozzolan fine powder, an aggregate having <=2 mm particle diameter, a metallic fiber and water, a process (B) for forming a lamellar body having a thickness equal to or below the length of the metallic fiber by charging the kneaded body to a form and a process (C) for obtaining a cement formed body having a prescribed thickness by repeating the same means as the process (B) to laminate the lamellar body. The metallic fiber has preferably a steel fiber having 0.01-1.0 mm diameter and 5-30 mm length.
