The system comprises a generator 14 which is actuated with a gas engine 13 and generates power; this generated power is tuned with a commercial electric power, and electric power is supplied to an electric power load 58; in a cogeneration 100 which collects and utilizes an exhaust heat from the gas engine 13, a selection of one from a plurality of operating modes set according to electric power demand of the electric power load 58 or heat using need is performed, and an operation part 601 for setting of a starting time performs the selected operating mode; and a memory part 110a stores a plurality of combinations of the setting starting time and the selected operating mode by the operation of the operation part 601. When the present time reaches the starting time, the operating mode performed until the starting time is changed by the operating mode corresponding to the starting time.
