Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melting treatment method capable of reliably lowering melting temperature and viscosity. SOLUTION: When the incineration ash of sludge is subjected to melting treatment, calcium and silicon components are added to the treatment system prior to the melting treatment in such a way that the amounts of the calcium and silicon components (expressed in terms of CaO and SiO2 ) in the incineration ash are adjusted to the range of the region A of figure 1.
