A grid administrator ECU14 acquires external computer information from external computers 50 and the like existing nearby a progressing route to a destination using a car navigation ECU16 and records in an external computer information record part 25. Based on the external computer information, an external computer 50 and the like is selected and resource information is acquired from each of them and recorded in a resource information record part 26. A client ECU15 transmits survey conditions to the grid administrator ECU14, makes it survey for the resource information and makes it transmit the survey results. The client ECU15 determines an external computer 50 and the like processing a job based on the survey results, throws in a job and receives the processed results of the job from the external computer 50 and the like.
