Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating metal sheet capable of exciting a photocatalyst by visible light adiation and efficiently decomposing pollutants, bad smell, NOx, SOx, and the like even in a place where a fluorescent lamp with slight ultraviolet light and a sodium lamp with little ultraviolet light are installed. SOLUTION: In this coating metal sheet, an organic coating film, in which a photocatalyst particle with its surface covered with a coloring matter to be excited by visible light irradiation is dispersed, is directly or indirectly formed on the surface of a metal substrate. A plain steel sheet, plated steel sheet, stainless steel sheet, aluminum sheet or aluminum alloy sheet is used as the metal substrate. One or more kinds of particles selected from TiO2, ZnO, WO3, FeTiO3 and SrTiO3 are used as the photocatalyst particles. The surface of the photocatalyst is covered with one or more coloring matters selected from cyanines, acridines, quinones, xanthenes, perinones, indigos, azos, phenochiazines, phenzines, and diphenyl triphenylmethane.
