To immediately resume operation by dispensing with restoring operation or work even after an earthquake is settled, by checking the movement of a groove cover to the pipe side even if the groove cover moves in the earthquake, by preventing damage and cutting of a pipe by allowing the pipe itself of inserting a guidepath wire inside to freely follow in response to swinging of the earthquake, by preventing cutting of the guidepath wire so that the guidepath wire flexibly moves in the earthquake.

A bracket 40 is fixed to both sides of a divider strip 14 between adjacent buildings A and B, and a receiving part 44 having an opening upper part is formed in this bracket 40. The pipe 30 is placed in a loosely fitted state by the receiving part 44 of this bracket 30. A falling-off preventive collar part 31 is arranged on both sides of the pipe 30. The guidepath wire 10 on both sides of the pipe 30 forms a loose part 24 loosened in the vertical direction.
