To effectively use points by enabling a user to acquire the points issued by a plurality of companies by simple action and enabling a financial institution to collect the acquired point information so as to appropriately turn the points into money.
A point information managing system comprises: a point information DB for associating the point information acquired from a point issue system 8 of the company 7 through a network, who issues the points to the user 5 following the supply of merchandise or the like, etc. with a user ID and storing the resultant data; a point issue condition DB for storing action to issue the points to the user 5 on a Web site by the plurality of point issue systems 8; and a point issue action performing part for performing the point issue action to the point issue system 8 so as to make the user 5 acquire the point information and storing the point information in the point information DB.
