Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nylon woven fabric with which a woven material free from undyeable parts such as jet soil parts can be obtained at a low cost even in a case of a nylon woven fabric production by a water jet loom without using a sizing agent. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a nylon woven fabric comprises applying a treating liquid prepared by compounding a chelate-dispersing agent and a surfactant on warps on a machine during a warping process in a preparative stage, a beaming process or a waving process, and weaving is performed, or adding the treating liquid drop-by-drop to the water for a water jet loom, and weaving is performed, when a woven fabric using a nylon non-sized yarn is produced by the water jet loom.
