To give high energy density to a secondary battery.
This secondary battery is structured by interposing an organic electrolyte 5 between a positive electrode material 1 and a negative electrode material 4, and oxidative decomposition of the organic electrolyte 5 is suppressed by forming a film 5 of a nonorganic solid electrolyte in advance between the positive electrode material 1 and the organic electrolyte 5. The organic electrolyte is preferably an organic solid electrolyte or an organic electrolytic solution. The nonorganic solid electrolyte contains a lithium ion, and a material which is not easily oxidized even if oxygen is supplied from the positive electrode material is desirable for it. Li3PO34, LiPON, Li2BO3, Li2SO4, 1LiAlSiO4, LiPF6, LiBF4 and the like are desirable for it.
