To divide call charges on the calling side and the called side in a mobil phone.

Division ratio data are transmitted in calling a mobil phone (10-2) on the receiver side from a mobil phone (10-1) on the transmitter side. The division ratio data are stored in a temporary data storage part (32) and transmitted also to the mobil phone (10-2). When the division ratio is agreed on the side of the mobil phone (10-2), OK is transmitted to the mobil phone (10-1) as call propriety data, a session for call is extended between the mobil phone (10-1) and the mobil phone (10-2) and the call is started. Call time is stored in the temporary data storage part (32), the call charges to be demanded to users of the mobil phone (10-1) and the mobil phone (10-2) are calculated by a call charge calculation part (33), based on the division ratio data and call time and results are stored in a call charge management data base (20) via a call charge data management part 34.
