To provide a method for transporting a fine substance of low invasion, with which a hole is bored at an arbitrary selective position of the partition of cell or organelle so as to accurately transport a fine substance to a part as a target position.
The tip of a pipette for transporting a fine substance, having a built-in electrode or an ultrasonic generator, etc., is located on the partition of cell or organelle, an electroporation, cavitation or sonoporation is carried out in a localized range so as to bore only the target position of a partition without damaging the cell. Further, only a fine substance in the pipette for transporting a fine substance is transported through the bored position to an objective position by utilizing a transportation power caused by application of DC voltage or AC voltage or an energy produced by cavitation or sonoporation.
