Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer an operation environment of a computer between a real environment and a virtual environment while maintaining a system state.SOLUTION: An OS 101 is executed in the real environment. A transfer event for transferring to the virtual environment is generated. A computer system is transferred to a suspended state based on the transfer event. Restoration from the suspended state to a power-on state is started. A virtualization program 109 is loaded to a predetermined area secured in a main memory while the computer system is restored to the power-on state from the suspended state. The virtualization program is executed, and the operating system is resumed and transferred to the virtual environment.
