A standing number storage means 39 stores a standing number with regard to respective operation modes of a base station communication mode to perform radio communication via a base station (base station radio device) and a direct communication mode to directly perform radio communication with other communication device, for example other radio communication terminal devices. An operation mode switching means 40 switches between the base station communication mode and the direct communication mode. A standing number switching means 40 switches setting conditions of the standing number in response to the switching of the operation mode by the operation mode switching means.
