To provide a fluorine-containing radically polymerizable block copolymer usable as a surface modifier exhibiting high liquid repellency and a production method thereof and to provide an actinic-radiation-curable resin composition using the fluorine-containing radically polymerizable block copolymer.
What is provided is a fluorine-containing radically polymerizable block copolymer obtained by reacting part or all of the reactive groups of a block copolymer (A) obtained by using as essential monomer components a radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer (a1) having a 1-6C fluoroalkyl group and a radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer (a2) having a reactive group and copolymerizing these monomers by living radical polymerization with (B) a compound having a functional group reactive with the reactive group to form a bond and a radically polymerizable unsaturated group.
