Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Mo collimator that has a improved yield and sufficient strength.SOLUTION: An Mo collimator of the present invention has a laminate structure formed by laminating Mo boards having a board thickness of 0.02 to 0.3 mm. A plurality of holes having a short side or a diameter of 0.1 to 1.0 mm are provided on the Mo boards, and each of the holes forms a through hole that penetrates from a top face to an under face of the laminate. The Mo collimator comprises an overlapping region where an opening area of a hole of the top face and that of the under face overlap one another in an area ratio of 90 to 100%, and a shifted area where the opening area of a hole of the top face and that of the under face overlap one another in the area ratio of 40 to 70%.
