Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit damage of a separator sheet due to burrs of an electrode sheet with less labor and ensure a degree of freedom of an outer edge shape of the electrode sheet in a battery formed by laminating the electrode sheets of positive/negative electrodes and the separator sheet sandwiched therebetween and a battery manufacturing device.SOLUTION: A frame-like sheet reinforcing part 17 is formed at a portion countering to an outer edge part 13 of an electrode sheet 1 on a top face 21 of a separator sheet, and a burr 14 which protrudes in a thickness direction from the outer edge part 13 of the electrode 1 pierces in the sheet reinforcing part 17 so as to be engaged therewith. The sheet reinforcing part 17 is formed by transferring a reinforcing resin to a separator web by a dispense roll.
