PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adherable backside protective sheet for solar battery modules which is excellent in adhesion with a sealant, and durability even under a high-temperature and high humidity environment.SOLUTION: The easily adherable backside protective sheet for solar battery modules comprises: a base material for a backside protective sheet; and an easily adherable layer formed on one side of the base material. The easily adherable layer includes a component (E) consisting of a glycol-modified polycarbonate polyurethane resin composition which results from reactions among a component (A) consisting of an aliphatic polycarbonate diol compound, a component (B) consisting of a diisocyanate compound, a component (C) consisting of an alkylene diol compound, and a component (D) consisting of a modified isocyanate compound having three or more isocyanate groups in a molecule. The percentage of parts of the component (C) by mass to the total parts of the components (A) to (D) by mass is no less than 8% to less than 12%. The percentage of parts of the component (D) by mass to the total parts of the components (A) to (D) by mass is no less than 2% to less than 4%.
