Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business activity support system capable of keeping a frequency of performance of maintenance operation at a customer proper.SOLUTION: A business activity support system comprises a plurality of databases such as an order reception result database which stores order reception result data associated with maintenance of customer's industrial machines. The business activity support system executes rank setting processing for ranking customers. In the rank setting processing, order reception results in an object order reception period are totaled by the customers and rank values of the customers are set. When a current rank value is lower than the last one, the business activity support system selects the customer as a customer of interest, and outputs total order reception amounts of other customers having rank values higher than the current value of the customer of interest as target values for the customer of interest.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
