Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide fiber capable of obtaining a fabric product having excellent physical properties, without generating defects such as unevenness when a fabric is formed.SOLUTION: A polyamide fiber containing a pigment in a fiber, which has a variation of fineness of fiber of 1.0% or smaller, a difference of a maximum fineness and a minimum fineness in the measurement of the variation of fineness of 10% or smaller of an average fineness, a length L 1 of a fiber opening part of 5 to 100 mm, a fluctuation of length distribution of the fiber opening part of 60% or smaller, and a ratio N2/N1 of a crossconnection degree N1 obtained from a length L1 of the fiber opening part and a crossconnection degree N2 obtained from a length L2 of the fiber opening part after a load of 1.0 cN/dtex is applied on the fiber of 0.8 or larger, where the crossconnection degree N is defined using a length L of the fiber opening part.
