Abstract:
With respect to a maintenance support system and a maintenance support method, air conditioners which may need to be maintained are drawn out, and sensors are not additionally arranged for maintenance. A monitoring center (3) of the maintenance support system comprises a time table making part (30) which makes the operating time table of the maintenance mode of the air conditioners (2-1)-(2-N); a maintenance mode execution determining part (31) which determines whether the operation of the maintenance mode can be executed; a device operation instructing part (32) which instructs the air conditioners (2-1)-(2-N) serving as objects to execute the operation of the maintenance mode under the condition that the maintenance mode execution determining part (31) determines that the operation of the maintenance mode can be executed; an operation data acquiring part (33) which acquires operation data from the air conditioners (2-1)-(2-N); and a maintenance demand determining part (34) which determines whether the air conditioners (2-1)-(2-N) need to be maintained in dependence on the behavior of the operation data.
