Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disconnection inspection method that can more accurately inspect presence or absence of a disconnection inspection.SOLUTION: A cell disconnection inspection method, which inspects presence or absence of a disconnection of a battery cell in an assembled battery composed of a plurality of battery blocks Bn composed of a plurality of battery cells connected in parallel further connected in parallel, includes a disconnection inspection step (S16 to S34) of inspecting the presence or absence of the disconnection of the battery cell within each battery block Bn on the basis of an open voltage VBn of the battery block Bn. In a case where averaging processing of averaging respective voltages VBn of the plurality of battery blocks Bn is executed when a charging rate Cas of the assembled battery falls within a high charging rate zone, the cell disconnection inspection method is configured to execute the disconnection inspection step when the charging rate Cas falls within a low charging rate zone lower than the high charging rate zone; and, in a case where the averaging processing is executed when the charging rate Cas falls within the low charging rate zone, execute the disconnection inspection step when the charging rate Cas falls within the high charging rate zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
