Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a division machine of food dough which can correctly match plural divided pockets with mass data of a dough ball discharged therefrom, thereby properly compensating for volume of the divided pockets, and can reduce an error between mass of a dough ball produced and a target mass, the division machine being economical.SOLUTION: In the division machine which pushes dough into divided pockets installed in a slide head to divide it into dough balls, the division machine has a weighing machine which measures the mass of dough balls in sequence, and a pocket identifying part which confirms which one of the divided pockets corresponds to mass data output from the weighing machine. The division machine calculates the average mass of plural dough balls produced simultaneously, and compares between the average mass and a target mass of the dough ball, to generate a driving signal of a stopper drive part that changes the volume of the divided pocket.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
