PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect an electrolytic capacitor, used as a coupling capacitor for input of a ground fault detection circuit, against a reverse voltage.SOLUTION: A ground fault detection circuit comprises: an AC signal generation part which generates an AC signal; a first capacitive element provided between the AC signal generation part and one end side of a high-voltage battery; a voltage dividing circuit which divides the voltage on the one end side; a ground fault detection part which detects a ground fault of the high-voltage battery based upon an input ground fault detection signal; a second capacitive element provided between the voltage dividing circuit and the ground fault detection circuit, and inputting an AC component of a voltage on the one end side of the high-voltage battery which has been divided by the voltage dividing circuit to the ground fault detection part as the ground fault detection signal; and an AC signal transmission circuit which consists of a bias resistance connecting a plurality of first capacitive element in series and suppressing capacitive variance among the plurality of first capacitive elements and a diode functioning as a reverse voltage protecting circuit for the first capacitive elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
