Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of lowering electric resistance without having an adverse effect on other performance or production process even when aiming at reduction in loss of a tire rubber member.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire is equipped with a belt layer 2 disposed outside the crown part of a carcass 1 in a tire radial direction, and a cap layer 8 arranged outside in the tire radial direction and covering the whole belt layer in a tire width direction. A cushion rubber 13C and a tread rubber 13G forming a tread part are disposed sequentially outside the belt layer in the tire radial direction. A composite fiber including the conductive and nonconductive fibers is arranged from at least a bead part 11 to a position contacting the cushion rubber or belt under-cushion rubber to expose to at least one carcass surface of the tire outside and inside. Besides, a conductive rubber 9 having a resistance value of 1×10Ω/cm or less is disposed in at least a part of the coating rubber of a cap layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
