Abstract:
To provide a coil twisting device capable of suppressing generation of interference of both of coil terminal parts in adjacent layers, and performing twisting formation.SOLUTION: A coil twisting device (100) performs a twisting formation of coil end parts (W1, W2, W3, and W4) of a circular stator core (W100). The coil twisting device (100) comprises a cylindrical outer peripheral guide (10); and a plurality of annular layers (1, 2, 3, and 4) arranged at an inner side of the cylindrical outer peripheral guide (10). The plurality of annular layers (1, 2, 3, and 4) is arranged in a concentric circular state, and the adjacent annular layers (1, 2, 3, and 4) are rotated inversely one another. A concave part (10c) is provided on an inner peripheral surface (10b) of the outer peripheral guide (10). The concave part (10c) is opened larger than the coil end part (W1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
