Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling apparatus for a cooling system and a controlling method for the cooling system capable of accurately determining blowing efficiency of the cooling system comprising a filter on a suction side of a rotary machine.SOLUTION: A cooling system 20 comprises a cooling blower 21 cooling a battery pack 10 and a filter 25 arranged at a suction side of the cooling blower 21. A battery controlling part 31 comprises: a storing part storing blowing efficiency information 32 which is information where torque and actual rotational speed of an output shaft of an electric motor 23 of the cooling blower 21 is associated with blowing efficiency based on easiness of aeration of the filter 25, and blowing efficiency of the cooling system is reduced as the actual rotational speed of the cooling blower 21 is increased in a case where the torque is constant; and a blowing efficiency determining part which obtains torque and actual rotational speed of the electric motor 23 of the cooling blower 21 and calculates blowing efficiency of the cooling system 20 making reference to the blowing efficiency information 32 based on the obtained torque and actual rotational speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
