Abstract:
To allow for stable evaporation of water, even when a fuel catalyst is placed in a vaporizer.SOLUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell device includes a vaporizer 140 having an exhaust gas flow path 154 for distributing exhaust gas, an evaporation chamber 150 for generating steam from supplied water by heat exchange with the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust gas flow path 154, and a mixing chamber 151 for mixing steam and material gas, and a combustion catalyst section 148 placed in the exhaust gas flow path 154, and oxidizing unburned fuel contained in the exhaust gas. The evaporation chamber 150 and mixing chamber 151 are provided above the exhaust gas flow path 154, and the direction of the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust gas flow path 154 is opposite to the flow direction of the steam generated in the evaporation chamber 150. The exhaust gas flow path 154 has an upstream side first region 154A, and a second region 154B lower than a downstream side first region, and the combustion catalyst section 148 is provided in the first region 154A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
