Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a vehicle capable of reducing the complexity of display information displayed on a projection object.SOLUTION: A visual line of a driver P is shifted from the inside of display information visible area F3 to the outside of the display information visible area F3, and a HUD device 1 makes a switch from a first display mode to a second display mode in the case that a count time starting counting when the visual line is shifted from the inside of the display information visible area F3 to the outside of the display information visible area F3 passes a delay time. The HUD device 1 can inhibit a display mode of display information from making a switch from the first display mode having high visibility to the second display mode having low visibility due to slight movement of the visual line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
