Abstract:
According to the present invention, a cavity (CV) and a metallization film (15) are provided on a first surface (S1). First and second ground electrode layers (21, 22) and first and second external electrode layers (51, 52) are provided on a second surface (S2). The first and second ground electrode layers (21, 22) are electrically connected in each of a plurality of unit structures to the metallization film (15). First and second element pads (41, 42) are provided inside the cavity (CV). The first and second external electrode layers (51, 52) are electrically connected to the first and second element pads (41, 42), respectively. A castellation electrode (70) contacts each of first to fourth unit structures (9A-9D). The castellation electrode (70) is electrically separated from the first and second external electrode layers (51, 52).
