Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling method of a lithium foil which can manufacture a thin lithium foil.SOLUTION: A rolling method of a lithium foil 95 rolls a lithium foil 91 between two rolls. Silicone layers 81, 82 are interposed between the rolls 11, 12 and the lithium foil 91. In the rolling method of the lithium foil 95, at least one of the two rolls 11, 12 is structured of a roll base material, and the silicone layer 81 for covering a surface of the roll base material. The roll base material is formed of stainless steel, and the film has the silicone layer on a surface of a lithium foil 91 side. Or, a lubricant 98 is interposed between the silicone layers 81, 82 and the lithium foil 91. A manufacturing method of an electrode includes a process of rolling the lithium foil 91 by the rolling method of the lithium foil 91, and a process of integrating the rolled lithium foil 95 with an active material layer of the electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
