Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who has received a notification on an indoor environmental change from a terminal to check more detailed information.SOLUTION: From an apparatus 3, an apparatus information acquisition unit 102 acquires a state of the apparatus, as state information. A notification condition determination unit 104 compares settings stored in a setting storage unit 103 with the acquired state information to determine whether or not to perform notification. A first screen information generation unit 105 performs notification and generates first screen information required for displaying, to a user, a first screen for promoting an operation. A first operation information acquisition unit 107 acquires from a terminal 4 information on the user's operation, as first operation information, and determines whether the first operation information includes information related to a transition operation to a second screen. When a transition to the second screen should be performed, a second screen information generation unit 108 generates, on the basis of the state information, second screen information for presenting detailed information to the user, the second screen information being required for displaying the second screen, and transmits the second screen information to the terminal 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
