Abstract:
To provide a lamination sheet manufacturing device which can prevent generation of dew condensation on a base material when a coating liquid is dried with superheated steam, and can manufacture a high-quality lamination sheet.SOLUTION: A lamination sheet manufacturing device manufactures a lamination sheet having a coated layer formed by drying a coating liquid on a base material by drying the coating liquid applied on the base material after applying the coating liquid containing an organic solvent on the continuum-shaped base material. The lamination sheet manufacturing device includes a hot blast drying furnace, a superheated steam furnace, and a finishing hot blast drying furnace. The hot blast drying furnace is structured so as to prevent dew condensation by superheated steam on a surface of the base material conveyed to the superheated steam furnace.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
