Abstract:
To make constant the fixing position of a permanent magnet, in the rotor of an IPM motor.SOLUTION: The rotor 3 of a motor 1 includes a rotor core 31 having multiple magnet embedding holes 32 provided in the hoop direction at a prescribed interval, and multiple permanent magnets 34 inserted, respectively, into the multiple magnet embedding holes 32 and fixed in place. In the permanent magnet 34, the first face 34a out of first and second faces 34a, 34b facing each other, and the rotor core 31 are bonded via a foam formation adhesive 60 forming foam by heating and hardening, and the second face 34b and the rotor core 31 are bonded via a thermosetting adhesive 61 not forming foam by heating and fixed in place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
