Abstract:
To provide a steam convection oven which enables even a beginner to cook without requiring craftsmanship by making a timer free and switching to a next step after reaching setting temperature in a temperature raising step to raise the temperature up to set temperature after a preceding cooking step.SOLUTION: A steam convection oven is configured as follows. First, there is provided at least a panel which has a step designation screen 16 and a condition setting screen 17 every step. Second, on a timer setting screen 20 of a temperature raising step in the condition setting screen 17, setting of temperature arrival to make the timer free up to the setting temperature of the temperature raising step can be inputted, cooking is progressed according to setting at each step as cooking starts.
