To obtain a new compound useful as an agrochemical for controlling Arthropoda, esp. insects, plant nematodes, helminth, or protozoan and the like, all being harmful organisms on farm products or the like.
This new compound is shown by formula I [R1 is a group of formula II, or the like; R1a is H or the like; R2 is S(O)nR2a or the like; R2a is an alkyl substituted with one or more halogens, or the like; R3 is H or the like; R4, R5 and R7 are each H or the like; R6 is a halogen or the like; X is O or the like; Q is a group of formula III; R8 and R9 are each H or the like; (n) is 0-2; M is a C-halo or the like], e.g. 5-amino-1-[2,6- dichloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4methylsulfinyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxyaldenyde oxime. The compound of formula I is obtained, for example, by reaction between a compound of the formula T-CN (T is a group of formula IV) and a compound of formula V [R1b is a (substituted) alkyl or the like; W is H or the like] in the presence of a base such as triethylamine in a solvent such as methanol pref. at 0-100°C.
