Abstract:

NEW MATERIAL:A (4S, 5S)-4,5-cyclohexylidenedioxy-2-cyclopenten-1-one.

USE: A drug. A synthetic raw material for prostaglandin and antibiotic.

EXAMPLE: D-Ribose is reacted with silylenolized cyclohexane to give a novel compound shown by formula 1a, which is reacted with tosyl chloride to give a novel compound shown by formula 2a. Then this compound is reacted with t-butyldimethylchlorosilane to form a novel compound shown by formula 3a, which is reacted with NaI and NaHCO3 to give a novel compound shown by formula 4a. Then this compound is reacted with a dehalogenating agent of 1,5-diazabicyclo-[5.4.O]-undecene-5 to give a novel compound shown by formula 5 a, which is further reacted with a tetraalkylammonium fluoride and finally reacted with pyridine and an acid such as acetic acid or a dehydrating agent to give a compound shown by formula VII.
