Abstract:
To obtain a compound capable of transferring an anti-cancer drug 5-deoxy-5-fluorouridine to the lymphatic system at a high level.
This 5-fluorouridine derivative (or a physiologically permissible salt, or a hydrate or solvate thereof) is shown by formula I [R is a straight chain or a branch-chain 4-13C alkyl group. An oily pharmaceutical preparation or an oil-in-water emulsion prepared by mixing with the above-mentioned derivative or the like and dissolving in an oily base and a surfactant, or homogeneously dispersing it therein is desirable as a lymphotransferable anti-cancer drug.
