Abstract:
To provide an abdomen exercise machine that is compact and has a configuration capable of changing a load on an abdomen's muscle depending on a use situation to enable effective abdominal muscle training.SOLUTION: An abdomen exercise machine 1 of the present invention includes: a seat part 2 on which a user can sit; a lumbar part support part 3 that is provided behind the seat part 2 and supports the user's lumbar part; and an oscillation mechanism that is stored in the seat part 2 and makes the lumbar part support part 3 perform reciprocating oscillation movement of repeating rising and lowering. The lumbar part support part 3 has a height for supporting a part to the lumbar vertebra of the user sitting on the seat part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
