Abstract:
To allow a user to recognize more easily existence of a highly absorbent polymer, and to hold easily such an image that an absorbent article (1) has high absorbency.SOLUTION: In an absorbent article (1) including an absorbent core (21) having fibers and a highly absorbent polymer, the fibers have a hardwood water-absorbent fiber comprising a hardwood, and at least at a part of the absorbent core (21), a value obtained by dividing a basis weight of the highly absorbent polymer by the total of a basis weight of the fibers and the basis weight of the highly absorbent polymer is 0.6 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
