Abstract:
To provide a servo driver capable of avoiding motor excitation stop and alarm announcement that are derived from regenerative energy generation in a servo notor system.SOLUTION: There is provided an AC servo driver 10 comprising a deceleration buffering part 5 for buffering deceleration command with respect to the servo motor M when a drive voltage detected after operating the regenerative control circuit 3 exceeds a predetermined drive voltage value, in addition to a configuration in which included are a deceleration command part 1 for commanding deceleration to a servo motor M; a drive voltage detection part 2 for detecting a drive voltage, a regenerative control circuit 3 for absorbing regenerative energy when the regenerative energy generated on a driver 10 side exceeds the predetermined drive voltage value due to the servo motor M deceleration; and an excitation stop part 4 for stopping excitation to the servo motor M when the regenerative energy cannot be fully absorbed finally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
