PURPOSE: To increase goods processing yield of accessory setting metals by a method wherein rings made of round wire are surrounded on the outer peripheral side on the same plane and fixedly held by a recessed part of a differently shaped wire having a U-shaped section.

CONSTITUTION: A ring 1 is made of a round wire. The rings 1 formed of round wire by groove rolling process are surrounded on the outer peripheral side on the same plane by a differently shaped wire made of the same material as the rings 1 and having a U-shaped section which includes a recessed part. The differently shaped wire forms an outer peripheral ring 2. This series of works are done successively in a die, and then, the differently shaped wire which surrounds the rings 1 is welded by laser at both contact ends. Thus an accessory setting metal 4 is manufactured. According to this method, the process yield is good and automatic process is also possible.
