To provide an accumulated operation time management device capable of counting the accumulated operation time of an electric apparatus and inputting the counted time data to the management device without using manual input.

The accumulated operation time management device is provided with: a 1st time counter 21 supplied with power only when an internal circuit 20 of the electric apparatus 2 is operated and counting up operation time and having a display part for displaying the counted operation time so as to be observed from the outside of the electric apparatus 2 even in a state that power is not supplied; a 2nd time counter 22 having a counter circuit 24 for conducting counting operation when the internal circuit 20 is driven to count up time, a memory 25 for adding the count value of the circuit 24 to recorded operation time and recording the added value and a CPU 23 for controlling the operation of the circuit 24; and a management device 3 including a CPU 32 for reading out the accumulated operation time from the memory 25 and a recording part 33 for writing the read operation time.
