PURPOSE: The titled composition, capable of exhibiting a powerful adhesiveness and foaming stably even in an environment with a high moisture content, and comprising a resin component containing an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer and a compound containing active hydrogen atoms.
CONSTITUTION: A composition comprising (A) an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer obtained from (a) a polyoxyalkylene ether polyol prepared by adding ethylene oxide or an alkylene oxide containing the ethylene oxide to a compound having two or more active hydrogen atoms. e.g. glycerol, and (b) an organic polyisocyanate in a stoichiometrically excess, preferably the molar ratio between the components (a) and (b) of 0.80:1W0.85:1 and (B) a resin component containing a compound having two or more active hydrogen atoms, e.g. a polyoxyalkylene ether polyol. The polyoxyalkylene ether polyol (a) contains 30wt% or more ethylene oxide parts in the molecule.
