Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an adsorbent low in cost and excellent in performance, that is, an adsorbent excellent in adsorbing and removing a harmful metal by heating and drying a ready-mixed concrete cleaning residue, and adjusting the particle size.
CONSTITUTION: The cleaning residue generated by cleaning a ready-mixed concrete production equipment and the inside of a drum of a ready-mixed concrete truck is used. The ready-mixed concrete cleaning residue is dried by heating at 80-600°C. Particularly, the residue dried by heating at about 110°C has excellent performance as the adsorbent for removing the harmful metal. The particle size is adjusted to 0.5-5mm. The cost of waste treatment can be reduced by utilizing the waste in this manner.
