The filter 7 collects toxic substances and supersonic wave is applied to a water tank in the first cleaning chamber to accelerate the dissolution and decomposition of the collected toxic substances. A secondary filter 8 is arranged in the upper part of the chamber 3 for reducing the moisture generated in the filter 7. A ventilation fan 9 is arranged in the upper part of the chamber 3 for discharging the cleaned air, a float part 10 for keeping constant the water level of the water tank and a water replenishing tank 11 for replenishing water are arranged.
