Abstract:
To provide an air conditioner and its filter unit capable of improving the heat exchanging efficiency of an evaporator without accompanying the substantial design change of the air conditioner by selectively using filters of various ventilating resistances at each place.
In this air conditioner provided with a blower 43, the evaporator 44 and the filter 14 mounted at an upstream side of the evaporator in an air passageway 13, the filter of high ventilating resistance is used at a part of high flow rate, and the filter of low ventilating resistance is used at a part of low flow rate, in accordance with the flow rate of the air on a filter face of the filter.
